The Huntsman Cancer Institute (HCI) Community Outreach program raises cancer awareness and educates the public about cancer risk, prevention, and care.

We provide presentations to public groups upon request.

Topics include the following:

• General cancer information
• Cancer prevention
• Cancer screenings tests
• Early detection of breast and cervical cancer
• Skin cancer prevention and early detection
• Tobacco prevention and cessation
• Overview of HCI’s programs and services

We attend health fairs and other wellness-related events in the community. Our booths are staffed by cancer information specialists and volunteers.
