Current information about cancer and its related issues
helps individuals answer questions and develop a thorough
understanding. This can then help individuals coordinate
with their health care team to make better treatment
decisions.
Cancer information specialists can help answer
questions, locate current medical information, and
identify educational materials that will address the
visitor needs.
