Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalency; four years of clinical research experience (oncology preferred); and demonstrated human relation and effective communications skills are required.
Master's degree in an area related to the program is preferred.
Certified Clinical Research Professional Certification (CCRP) is preferred.
Supervisory experience is preferred.
Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description.

Job Duties
Manage all clinical research functions for assigned Clinical Trials Office Multidisciplinary Disease Group's.
Essential Functions
1. Support Principal Investigators (PI's) and study management staff with centralized protocol development, initiation, and management.
2. Manage new patient screening processes for protocol eligibility and assist investigators and study management staff in the enrollment of study subjects.
3. Ensure study management staff are providing quality data to sponsors.
4. Ensure protocol management compliance (subject screening/consenting/enrollment, data management, specimen processing, etc.) with institutional, state, and federal regulations
5. Personnel management and training (initial and on-going).
6. Overseeing administrative, financial, and technical functions within Huntsman Cancer Institute's Clinical Trials Office.
